1. Scope
These terms of service govern the sale of products offered on sarveni.com by Sarveni to any customer acting as a consumer. Placing an order on this site means you accept these terms without reservation. Sarveni may amend them at any time; the terms that apply to your order are those in force on the date the order is placed.

3. Products
The products sold on this site are jewellery and accessories made from stainless steel, genuine leather and natural stones. They are decorative items and make no therapeutic, medical or health claim of any kind.
Photographs and descriptions are illustrative and are not contractually binding. Minor differences in appearance, particularly in natural stones, cannot give rise to a claim.
Natural stones such as lapis lazuli, onyx and jasper vary in colour, veining and inclusions from one piece to the next. Every item is therefore slightly different, and this is a characteristic of the material rather than a defect.
Offers are valid while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, you will be informed and refunded in full as soon as possible.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs are stated before you confirm your order.
Sarveni may change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time your order is recorded.
5. Orders
You select your products, review the details and total price of your order, correct any errors, then confirm by clicking the validation button. That confirmation constitutes acceptance of these terms and forms the contract.
A confirmation email summarising your order is sent to you. Sarveni reserves the right to refuse any order that appears abnormal, in particular in the event of a previous dispute or suspected fraud.
6. Payment
Payment is made by bank card or by any other method offered at the time of ordering. Transactions are secured by our payment provider, and your card details never pass through Sarveni's servers.
An order is deemed paid once funds have actually been received. If your bank declines authorisation, the order is automatically cancelled.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address you provide when ordering. Delivery destinations are those listed on the site at the time of your order.
An indicative delivery time is given when you order. Under article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, Sarveni undertakes to deliver within a maximum of thirty days from conclusion of the contract.
If delivery is late, you may give Sarveni formal notice to deliver within a reasonable additional period. If that period passes without delivery, you may terminate the contract and obtain a refund of all sums paid within fourteen days.
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery and raise any reservations with the carrier if damage is visible.
8. Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason.
The conditions for exercising this right, and the exceptions that apply, are set out in our refund and returns policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
9. Legal guarantees
Regardless of any commercial guarantee, Sarveni remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code, and by the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.
Under the legal guarantee of conformity, you have two years from delivery to act and may choose between repair and replacement, subject to the cost conditions set out in law.
Under the guarantee against hidden defects, you may choose between rescinding the sale and obtaining a price reduction, within two years of discovering the defect.
10. Care and use
Our pieces are made of stainless steel, leather and natural stone. To keep them in good condition, avoid prolonged contact with perfume, chlorinated water and household chemicals, and remove leather items before swimming or showering.
Normal wear, patina of the leather and marks resulting from misuse are not covered by the legal guarantees.
11. Liability
Sarveni cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of force majeure, an act of the customer, or an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.
12. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy, available on this site, which forms an integral part of these terms.
13. Intellectual property
All elements of this site, in particular the Sarveni name, texts, visuals, photographs and graphic elements, are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
14. Customer service
Any question or complaint may be sent to contact@sarveni.com. We aim to reply within forty-eight working hours.
15. Consumer mediation
Under article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge to resolve a dispute amicably, after first contacting our customer service.
You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
