Delivery times
- France, Belgium, Luxembourg: 7 to 10 days
- United States: 7 to 10 days
- United Kingdom: 7 to 10 days, though most orders arrive within 9 days
- Canada, Ireland, Australia: 7 to 10 days, with most orders arriving within 10 days
- Other regions: 9 to 12 days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier backlogs and public holidays can add time. Under article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code we undertake to deliver within a maximum of thirty days from the conclusion of the contract.
Processing
Most items are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours. That window covers checking the item, any personalisation, quality control and packing.
A tracking number is sent to you within 48 hours of your order being processed and leaving our facility. You will receive it by email or SMS. Tracking information usually becomes active within 3 days.
Shipping costs
Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
An express option is available at 4.80 EUR and is selected at checkout.
Customs and import duties
Orders delivered inside the European Union carry no additional customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Checking your parcel
Please check the condition of your parcel in the presence of the courier. If damage is visible, refuse the parcel or write precise reservations on the delivery note, then let us know within forty-eight hours at contact@sarveni.com.
Failed delivery
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, repeated absence of the recipient or refusal to accept the parcel, it is returned to us. Any costs incurred, including shipping and any customs duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer and are deducted from the refund.
Order not received
If your parcel has not arrived within the stated time, write to contact@sarveni.com. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and, depending on the outcome, either reship your order or refund it in full.
